As a Registered Psychologist specialising in Psychosocial Risk, Corporate Wellness and Executive Career Strategy, Sasha has enjoyed partnering with a diverse range of local, national and global organisations to design and implement strategies and programs to encourage team connectivity and high performance for individuals, teams and organisation as a whole.

With experience in developing psychosocial risk auditing processes and framework (including the creation of bespoke wellness programs), Sasha has demonstrated capability in developing corporate culture blueprints for various clients, to allow them to focus resources on key risk areas across their organisation as well as developing key wellness initiatives to support their people. With a strong focus on supporting organisations in developing their short-, medium- and longer-term psychosocial risk solutions, Sasha encourages a triaged approach when building a psychosocial risk framework.

Over the past 20+ years, Sasha has collaborated with a vast range of individuals operating within Executive, C-Suite and Board level roles to assist them in strategising their career options and succession plans. Sasha enjoys incorporating psychological profiling to review all areas of an individual’s life to assist them in aligning their career strategy with their motivators, professional goals and world outside of work to facilitate a wellness approach encouraging a work/life balance.
