fitness for work and Psychological assessment

Our Fitness for Work (FFW) services are designed to support an individual by identifying the key issues impacting them, and developing strategies to support their mental health and wellbeing.

The FFW service includes an initial meeting with one of our Psychologists, as well as completion of psychological assessment to ascertain a baseline measure of the issues (physical and psychological) impacting the team member.  

From this baseline measure of the issue, a comprehensive report will be developed outlining key strategies based on a psychosocial model. 

This report will cover strategies at an individual, leader and organisational level, to support return to work.

We tailor our Psychological Assessment services to individual requirements. 

These assessment services can be designed to capture a comprehensive understanding of the individuals personal style, abilities, emotional intelligence, team type and leadership style.  

For team based assessments 360instruments can be administered.

We are registered users of SHL, ACER, Hogan, MSCEIT, Personal Directions, Birkman, DISC, Neo Pi, 15FQ and a range of abilities assessments.
